I get up at about 7:00， and then have breakfast at 7:30.I listen to the radio a bit and read the papers.And then I start to work. Usually I work from 8 until 11 but after that I’m useless. On a good day I write1500 words or more， sometimes 2000 words in the morning.Then after lunchI rest for 2 hours， or read. In the evening I like to relax， go to the pub or meet people. If you are tired， it shows the mind and body must be fresh.
